Retired Madison, Wisconsin police chief Noble Wray spoke on NPR this morning in the aftermath of the police shootings in Dallas, Texas.

‘This is not a community of law enforcement, or a Black community, Latino community, Asian community or Muslim community. We are a community of humanity.’

Wray now leads the Justice Department Law Enforcement Reform Initiative.
